The news this morning carried the story of a woman getting a judgement of 3.5 millions for injuries received when a Starbuck's (TM) expresso machine blew up, and burned her hand while a Starbuck's (TM) employee showed her how it worked! Fox News stated the compnay was....'steamed' at the ruling (GROAN)! The only thing really good with coffee is ham 'n eggs with grits, red-eye gravy and a short stack of pancakes!! Like our Wednesday morning photo crowd enjoys down at "Tex and Shirley's Pancake House"- The Bokeh Group as Bob Bedwell so aptly named us (Most of us are pretty out of focus at eight am when we meet!) Of course, down here in "Th' Souf", Coffe is a morning thing- Iced Tea the rest of the day! Too much caffeine and you get twitchy in the heat! (Yeah, I know Marcus Minisculus lives in "Th' Souf" but he is up in the cool, lofty reaches of the Shannandoah Mountains....So far out in the boonies they have to wipe the owl poop off'n the clock to tell what time 'tis!) Dan (Honey! The new shipment of Gevalia jus' got here!)
