I sell stuff on e-Bay, and let the dollars pile up. I then buy stuff from my PayPal account. I've never been charged a dime, though I believe late-comers are now being charged a transaction fee. My wife has her own PayPal account and has exactly the same experience. But, please note: I do NOT have a single credit card, and so I don't have any credit cards tied up with my account. It is strictly cash, and collected funds. I also accept BillPay or whatever it is, the Western Union thingummy, but dislike using it, as I don't enjoy having to negotiate a Western Union money order, as this requires me to drive to the outskirts of town.
