I shoot mine at 100, with yet another half stop from the flash if I
flash fill. Even then, the machine at the processing lab is maxed out on
the contrast. I can't seem to get anything that doesn't look like grade
2 1/2 with B/W printing. If I print them myself on non-machine B/W paper
than I can go even further on the contrast.
