  Well fooey! Thirty years with almost full backward-forward compatibility
is a good run, though.
  Did anyone ever notice that an OM-1/2/3/4 w/50 f1.4 is just about the
same size as an M6 w/50 Summicron? And I've often wished Leica would simply
just buy an appropriately-modified version of the OM Winder 2 so we'd have
a relatively inexpensive motor that works.
  Ah well, such is life.
