You need to ask a few more questions of the client:
How many images?
Quote higher on the use of one image
Lower per image if they wish to use 20, etc.
How large will each image run?
What position will the images take?
i.e. Full Page Front Cover on the Brochure - Max Value
i.e. Full Page Home Page on the Web - Max Value
i.e. 1/8 Page on page 37 of the Brochure - Low Value
i.e. two thumbnails 3 levels into the web site - Low
Value
You also want to consider - time of use - 1 year, 5 years, ad
infinitum.
