Therefor one should go forth with either an M6 or an M2/3/4 in total confidence and shoot film. Neither camera is likely to break (a point you seem to have difficulty with). The decision is do you want a rangefinder that is flare free, or do you need an on board meter and 28/75mm framelines; NOT whether the camera will make it through the shoot. Better build quality? Sure, from an engineering standpoint. But the M6 is a damn well built camera.
