John,

I am very sorry for your loss.

This is a bequtiful and extremely moving photo essay. Your father was
clearly sent on his journey with much love.
It shows in the peacefullness of his expression, the handmade afghan, the
gentle washing. The image of your parents in bed with your mother's hand
being held by someone else conveys something invisible....a hard thing for a
photo to do...but the connection among your family members as they grieve in
a mournful but gentle peace is shown perfectly.
Your Godspeed for your father was and is continuing to give far beyond that
moment.
Thank you very much for sharing these wonderful images. I will return to
them often...there is healing there.
