This is a common site in China. These brick walls are commonly built around construction sites here instead of the chain link fences that you would find in the USA. These brick walls are common places for propaganda, such as that being paited on here! On the left are the remnants of the old style two story building that is becoming less and less common, but which used to make up the entire city.
