Hi Frank,

I'm not down in your great state but up here in the great white north.
Part of the year I spend in Arizona where we have a second residence.

I have used the local college's darkroom and I frequently use a local
professional's darkroom where I keep and use one of my V35 enlargers.
Unfortunately, a lot of the local professionals have gone digital and
the number of darkrooms in my area seem to be steadily declining.

I have put a fair amount of thought into physical layout, i.e. location
and number of stations, sink area, entrance/access and location of
lighting and it is mostly small things like light proof paper drawers,
light types, flooring and shelving that still need to be addressed
thoroughly thought out.

Regards,

Greg
