I've never heard a negative comment about them and, in my experience, they are scrupulously honest. They will give your gear a quick but thorough check (shutter speeds, lens mount trueness, etc.) at no charge, usually while you wait. It is my first stop when buying any gear, new, used or demo. They have saved me loads of money and headaches.
