Peter,

In certain countries (e.g. China or Vietnam) a very high percentage of software
is pirated. We are talking about percentages in the 90s and about
industrial-size outfits rather than the lonely pirate at home with a CD burner.
I would assume that PS 6.0 at $40 comes from such an outfit.
