I haven't had real good luck prohibiting *anything* on this list. This is 
not a very passive and compliant group.

I'd prefer not to have transactions on the list at all, but, given that 
most people seem to like them, I rather think they ought to be treated like 
everything else. I'm willing to be talked out of this position if I see a 
consensus to the contrary.
