Your portrait of Ben is very nice, eyes are sharp, well-captured expression...but you have some dust specs on the negative which translate into white spots on the scan. You should take the time to remove them in Photoshop (using the Rubber Stamp tool, for instance) because they really do detract from what otherwise is a wonderful image. Another tip: when you resize the image to make the thumbnail, make sure that the thumbnail dimensions are 190x126 pixels (by cropping if necessary), otherwise the image will be stretched to fit, as has happened here. It is a feature of Kyle's template, which I also use.
