I don't like Paypal's T&C (Terms and Condions) because if something goes wrong I think the deck is stacked against me. Questions for all Paypal users: 1. Have you read Paypal's T&S? 2. Do you understand ~all~ of their T&C? (you do realize that if you use Paypal you have agreed to those T&C) (if your answer to 1 & 2 is yes, go back to 2 ;-) Anyone thinking of bringing legal action againts Paypal might wish to review II. 18. Arbitration. In general I think Paypal works for most people but there are always those exceptions. I can pretty much guaranted that Paypal's T&Cs are written to protect Paypal first, and you last.
