Tom has even been so kind as to provide me with some special editions--a lot cheaper than Leica special editions! But since I also use Tom's new Rapidgrip, which has a socket for a spare Soft Release, I usually take off the release and put it into that socket if I know that I will not be using my Leica for several hours.
