>From an almost M6TTL owner, reports show it "should" last through 8 hours of
metering time. So if I had to guess that'd really mean 6 hours. But I've
read many people say, use the off position. Also how long they last depends
on how often (rolls) you shoot as well as how often you turn the meter on.

I plan on keeping 2 extra batteries in the bag at all times...
