Presently, the quarterly is only mailed to LHSA members. There is no way to 
access it on the web, although the LHSA has a fine website. There was mention 
that members may in the future be able to receive it via email. There was no 
mention of  distributing it to nonmembers. You can join the LHSA for a 
relatively small fee on their website and also recieve the excellent
