I used to use Rodinal with Panatomic-X, and it gave noticable grain but
good sharpness. On the other end of the spectrum, I used Panatomic-X
with Microdol-X, and it gave me very small grain and the worst sharpness
I've ever seen. I haven't done much B&W in the past 20 years, but I'm
going to try Pan-F with Rodinol.

Rodinal with APX 100 will give much more noticeable grain than Tri-X in
D76 1:1. But the tonality and sharpest will really be something!
