By the way, is the APX 400 base so dirty, ugly and dark grey or... what ? On the other side I found that FP4, HP5 and APX 100 look nice in Rodinal but 1+50 and with very very smooth agitation. Only one inversion per minute. And slight, quiet, silently... I liked those results. - -- Pablo Kolodny www.pablokolodny.com > From: Feliciano di Giorgio <feli@d2.com> > Reply-To: leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us > Date: Mon, 10 Dec 2001 15:34:12 -0800 > To: leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us > Subject: Re: [Leica] Pink haze correction > >> Mark Rabiner >> Rodinal is about the grainiest developer ever made I think it wins first >> prize in that department so ANY developer would be smoother than >> Rodinal in the grain department. >> But may probably also make you feel like you lens is coated with thick >> dust so you'll rush off the clean it and it'll already be clean. > > I've been starting to suspect that.
