Yeah, I hear you Colin,

That's pretty much how we work in NY.
Whenever I have to go to McGraw-Hill to pick up some obscure book on
computing, I rationalize it off but saying, oh but then I can have lunch at
Tad's steakhouse for much less than around the corner.<g> (One of the few
Tad's still around as far as know, the one close to 7th Ave)

The web site does look promising, definitely a professional place.  And I
was relieved to find that the noise while it was loading was not my hard
drive going south.<g>  I had a moment of panic there though.
