My impression is that the background looks fake.  I'm not sure to what
extent this is your slide scanner, but the quality of light falling on your
subject isn't the same as that falling on the background.  The lighting is
unnatural.  There's light coming from up above, but there are still
catchlights in her eyes.  Doesn't look like she's really outside.
