Its those sticks you are not supposed to stick in your ears but you do anyway!
Why else would you buy them?
	with the cotton on the ends.
"Don't use these ear cleaning sticks to clean your ears! You'll go deaf!!!"
ONLY	the OUTSIDES of your ears!! 
Like that crease at the top...
