But I've looked at digital camera bodies costing $5K or more. Considering that they'll be relatively obsolete in 24-36 months, that could be expensive! I don't know how many photographers are set up to get a high enough ROI to justify that type of expenditure. A few, I suppose. Digital is handy for certain types of photography. Then there's my type. Slower paced. Methodical. If I don't use my Toyo Field camera, or Hasselblad, or even Leica for a time I don't lose any sleep over it. They don't depreicate in real terms quickly.
