Those are stops under the Stolze system. They are actually stops that are
IN BETWEEN  our current stop markings. For eg. the 2.2 is in between 2 and
2,8. The 4.5 is in between 4 and 5.6. Vice versa, our f8 would be in
between Stolze 6.3 ans 9.0. It's not difficult to use when translated this
way.
