My copy of Rogliatti (The First 60 Years) illustrates the M6 meter pattern for each
lens from 28-135mm. It's on p. 26. A very rough approximation is as follows:

w/ 28mm lens.....a little more than the 90mm frame lines 
w/ 35mm lens.....a little more than the 135mm frame lines
w/ 50mm lens.....height of the 75mm frame lines + 50% of their width
w/ 75mm lens.....large circle around/outside the RF patch
w/ 90mm lens.....tight circle around/outside the RF patch
w/ 135mm lens....the RF patch itself

Admittedly not all that intuitive, but that's it...
