The 16-590 adaptor ring has a 39mm front screw thread for special macro lenses
such as the 24mm Repro-Photo and the 12.5 mm and 50mm Photar units. "These are
specifically corrected for optimum performance at high magnifications and hence
ideal for extend macrophotography (up to 15x and more" (Andrew Matheson)
But they also take enlarging lenses which are also ideally corrected for such
magnified reproduction.

I'd like to put the 80 Schneider Componon S on the front of it and have a go at
the Portland Rose Garden.
I wonder if you could do head shots with it?
Would probably end up being a study of "nostril hairs i have known"
