Its basically the same as D76 except the sequestering agents have been
sequestered or otherwise in hiding. 
Make sure you at least dilute it 1:1 even 1:2 as this thin film is all about
sharpness and you don't want to melt down your grain.
D76 or ID-11 is basically a solvent developer which is only going to be sharp
with some definite dilution.
