[Leica] Revamped website

There's a silver lining to every cloud, including layoffs.  Mine is that
I've finally made a start on a long-overdue rework of my web site,
including new content.

All the stuff on the "Portfolios" page is new, and all the images except
for three shots in "Gallery 3" were done with M's.

The "Photo Essays" page isn't complete yet (in fact it's barely started),
and the only link there that does work ("Life") is old stuff, but from new
scans.

As always, comment, critique and nitpicking is welcome.
