Yes you and your favourite off-spring can become even closer as you follow
Mr. RapidWinder on his trip around North America! Imagine the fun as you
together mark where it is now and draw lines from one dot to another. Marvel
together as it travels mind boggling distances in mere days.

So here goes

1) Mark a dot at Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

2) Mark another dot at Castlegar, British Columbia, Canada (bonus points if
you and the youngster can find in the first try).

3) Now draw a line connecting the two. Oooh! What a long way it has gone!

4) Next mark a dot at Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

5) Draw a line from Castlegar all the way to Montreal! Mon Dieu! Are you
getting dizzy just thinking about the distance?

Stay tune until the next exciting instalment in the:

 Adventures of Mr. RapidWinder!!

This was inspired by the English habit of running around London and
"collecting" bus licence numbers. It also could have been inspired by the
English habit of "collecting" train engine numbers but it wasn't.
