Brian,
Provia 1600 (RSP 111) is actually a 400 speed film that was designed to
handle push processing.  You have to tell the lab that processes it at
what film speed you exposed it. There are spaces on the cassette to
record your choice.  If you don't "push it", then it is 400 speed. Fuji
has replaced this film with the new 400F which actually pushes even
better than the old "1600".
