"Here is New York-- Images from the Frontline of History: A democracy of Photographs," is a stunning reaction to the events of Sept. 11 and a real-life example of the digital revoultion at work. Anyone who has taken photos relating to the Sept. 11 WTC attack may bring in their pictures; they are digitally scanned, printed on high-quality paper and hung throughout the gallery -- on the walls and from the ceiling. The huge number of images and the wide differences among styles and approaches creates a fantastic display. All the pictures are for sale at $25 each, printed to order. ALL the money goes to The Children's Aid Society 911 Fund. If you have photos, bring them down. I would call this a must-see if you're nearby. - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
