It is rare that I shoot out of doors on bright sunny days. I'm more often than not attracted to dimly lit interiors where 400 is often too slow (my fastest lenses are Summicrons, though I'm trying to talk myself out of a Noctilux). For whatever reason, 400 has become my default speed and I'm starting to think about changing that. 1600 seems more appropriate for the type of shooting I most often do. I'm down to my last 3-4 rolls of Agfapan 400. When they're gone, I've got about 15 rolls of Fuji Neopan 1600 that I'm going to go through before I allow myself to buy any more 400.
