Unscrew the optical unit and check that the serial number scratched in the
mount matches the serial number of the optical unit.

Good lens, bit soft wide open and absolutely stellar stopped down. It is a
better lens for the bellows than any other 135 M lens (I have not tried the
135/3.4 APO).

I bought mine cheap but then had to have it collimated even though the
serial numbers matched. Oh well.
