First, you really can pick up the ability to make a straight cut in the dark -- all it takes is practice! Second, King Concept (aka, Hewes) reels are an absolute necessity for the small processor. Wonderful items! They cost a bit more -- $15 or so, as opposed to $5 or so for the junk ones -- but these are the 'Leicas of the darkroom'.
