If you're 4-5 stops off bright sunlight, the Noct will work with 100 
ISO film on a Leica. 2-3 stops off bright sunlight on a Hexar.

....a decimal got away on you. You're thinking of the f/0.3 Noct, 
which is, I believe, still in pre-production.
