It would help if we knew where you are. Failing that, places that sell
automotive tools should also have small jewellery tools as well. I bought
one set from "House of Tools" and the other from "Snap-On" but that will
only help if you are in the Canada or the USA.

PS: You could just go to a jeweller and ask them to tighten the offending
screws.
