If I didn't know better, I'd think you were using a Roundshot. - -----Original Message----- From: Johnny Deadman [mailto:john@pinkheadedbug.com] Sent: Thursday, August 16, 2001 1:26 PM To: Leica Users digest Subject: [Leica] all round fun Recently I've been experimenting with shooting 360 degree panoramas using my Leica (and my T90). Thought folks who aren't on streetphoto might like to see some of them too. These are a mishmash of candids, streetscapes and landscapes. Some of them are handheld and some were done on a monopod. Thanks to Andrew Nemeth for sharing some technical details which I won't go into here as it's too geeky for words. Basically they are composites of 9-12 images warped using special software and stitched in Photoshop. Lenses FWIW are a skopar 25mm and a Canon FD 17mm. Filmstock is anything and everything... APX 400, Delta 100, Portra VC 100 and 400, some supra in there too I think. http://www.pinkheadedbug.com/360/608-jazz-pan-1-crop.jpg http://www.pinkheadedbug.com/360/608-jazzfest-pan-2-crop.jpg http://www.pinkheadedbug.com/360/611-jazzfest-1-crop.jpg http://www.pinkheadedbug.com/360/www/360/611-jazz-pan-2.jpg http://www.pinkheadedbug.com/360/615-pan.jpg http://www.pinkheadedbug.com/360/beach-houses-pan.jpg http://www.pinkheadedbug.com/360/falungongcrop1.jpg http://www.pinkheadedbug.com/360/powerplantbw.jpg http://www.pinkheadedbug.com/360/wasteground-crop1.jpg http://www.pinkheadedbug.com/360/605-cherry-st-bridge.jpg - -- John Brownlow http://www.pinkheadedbug.com ICQ: 109343205
