Subject: [Leica] M3 shutter needs help

All of my outdoor photos are overexposed so I took my camera to a friends
house who has a shutter speed tester thingi. It was looking good as I did
1sec up to 1/100th of a sec but from 1/250th to 1/1000 the shutter speed
is open about 2 to 4 times as long as it should. Does this mean I have to
send my camera away? Could I fix it myself? I don't want to have to go a
month without my camera but I need those faster shutter speeds. Who is a
good person to send it to?

Thanks,
David Degner
