So what geographical rules would you impose on working photographers? Should
a London-based photographer be allowed to photograph only in London, or
would he or she be permitted to work throughout England, or perhaps as far
afield as Scotland or Western Europe? Is it really right for a photographer
based in affluent North London to take pictures in the poorer parts of the
East End or South London?
