Flourescents glow for quite a while after you turn them off, which is a
problem in a darkroom. I'd go with incandescent unless you are judging
color balance on color prints. In that case you need daylight balanced
flourecents. Or better yet a window.

You also might want to get a light that's a tad darker than your
intended display lighting. I have found this helps with judging for dry
down.
