No, dots of ink are output pixels put on paper.  They are somehow invented
or derived by a math algorithm.  They are not in the set of input captured
pixels.  They represent a new set of data prepared specifically for output.

Chemical prints and analog film have pixels as well.  They are more commonly
called molecules or grains ( as in T-Grains).  They represent the smallest
captured element of light in the emulsion.  A digital pixel is the smallest
captured element of light in the sensor.  The analogy is complete.
