It can't be done.  Generating bokeh requires that you have depth information for
every point in the image, as well as a specified focus distance, a focal length,
and an aperture.  Providing all of these would be very tedious indeed,
especially the depth information, which would essentially have to be painted in
by hand, probably as a mask.
