No, Frank. There are opinions, and then there are statements of fact.
JD's statement was one of fact: saying that a $2 lens would equal in
quality a $1000 lens" is "completely ludicrous ranting."

If you want to argue that a Leica M lens used on a digital body will not
produce as "leicalike" an image as a Leica lens on a film body, fine.
But to state what you did.... ROFLOL...
