Ajit,

The current Leica APO Telyts are well out of my price range but that doesn't mean I have to look for non-Leica lenses for wildlife photography.  I've been using the 400mm and 560mm f/6.8 Telyts for many years and I'm still delighted with the results.  The 400mm lens is readily available used for less than US$1000, sometimes much less.
