Sherry just degunked my new (semi-trashed-out-el-cheapo) 90mm Tele-Elmarit.
She diagnosed it, ended up doing half as much work (because doing it all
wasn't neccessary), and promptly sending it back with a (rather inexpensive)
invoice. I mailed her a check.

I think she's great.
