For the past 2 1/4 years, I've been in the lush Mill Valley, just north of
San Francisco.  Prior to that, take a breath, I lived in: Tokyo (3 years),
Brooklyn Heights, New York (3 years), Ottawa, Canada (9 1/2 years),
Bethesda, Md. (1 year) and Tokyo (13 3/4 years).

I'm now tired moving every 1-3 years which I've been doing in the past 20
years, and I'm now ready to settle.  However, the average house sale in Mill
Valley last month of $1.2m or so is rather discouraging, though.

A Leica shooter for 17 years, but a Leica owner for only 3 1/2.
