Subject: [Leica] Ralph Gibson on-line interview
From: "Mark E Davison" <dmark8@qwest.net>
Date: Fri, 6 Jul 2001 07:06:10 -0700

Forwarded from the RF list, which was a forward from the OM list. On topic
because

1) Gibson is a very interesting Leica M photographer, and the interview has
wonderful comments on his working habits and artistic perception.
2) He is an expert in publishing B&W photographs.
3) He scans B&W prints as opposed to negatives.

He brought the inkjet (Epson 3000) dummies for Ex Libris to his Paris
seminar last September. They were 11x17 inches, printed from scans of B&W
prints. The grain was fully and beautifully resolved.
