Is there a difference in price the manufacturer charges for the same product
between gray market and "official channels"?  I do not believe there is.  If
that is the case, why doesn't EVERY item from the manufacturer come with the
manufacturers warranty (and I believe it does)?

Also, it sounds to me that if there isn't a difference in price charged,
that the manufacturer makes MORE money from the gray market item, since you
claimed that they don't have to provide warranty service for them (which I
do not believe BTW).
