I want a copy of Leica Compendium. It seems the best I can find is 
used at about $55.00. Is this book, in English, really out of print?
Has anyone seen it at a more reasonable price?
I a taking delivery of my M6TTL, and since there does not seem to be 
a book specifically dedicated to the M6TTL I have been told that the 
Compendium is the next best book.
