Marc, can you confirm this ? If you can find an original Minolta to R.M.S. flange, and I'm pretty sure Minolta made these for the SR series, then the Photars (and the Luminars and various Canon and Olympus micros too) will fit directly on to this flange, which in turn, will mount on the standard Minolta bellows. Regarding the 800 mm Telyt, this is a very expensive lens and today there may be cheaper alternatives, albeit non Leica, available which will fit your SRT without the use of adaptors. If you *must* use the Telyt, get the M version, not the R, and have a local camera shop fabricate a tube of the appropriate length with a Minolta male bayonet at one end and a Leica M female mount at the other. I don't know where you are, but in NY City Pro Camera Repair will make such an adaptor. Hope this helps.
